Electrophysiology specialty coverage needed for specific dates in DecemberMonday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; no call requiredCoverage needed up to 40 hours per week, once per month and as needed for vacation coverageSupport staff includes 1 assigned clinical team for outpatient and 1 assigned APP for inpatientOutpatient volume of approximately 16 patients per day; inpatient volume of 10-15 patients per dayPatient population ranges from ages 18 to 100EMR system: EPICHospital bed size: 270Procedures include: Pacemaker implant, ICD implant (traditional and sub-Q), loop recorder implant and/or explant, and ablations including AVN, SVT, and atrial flutterPractice settings include academic/training, clinic/private practice, and hospitalBoard certification or board eligibility requiredActive PA license or IMLC Letter of Qualification requiredDEA requiredACLS/BLS certifications requiredFacility:
This facility is a full-service community hospital offering a wide range of inpatient and outpatient medical services, including specialized cardiac and electrophysiology care. With 270 beds and an academic and clinical practice environment, the facility supports multidisciplinary teams dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care. The electrophysiology department is well-equipped to handle a broad scope of cardiac procedures in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
