Facility is seeking a Medical Oncology and Hematology Physician to provide outpatient clinic coverage on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, including clinic call as needed. This role is to cover a recruitment gap.

- Practice Setting & Support : Oncology and Hematology outpatient clinic. Previously a two-physician practice with NP assistance
Support Staff Includes:
- -Oncology RNs
- -Medical Assistants
- -Social Worker
- -Dietitian
- -Nurse Navigator
Onsite Services:
- -Infusion center
- -Onsite CBCs
- -Recruitment for a full-time physician is ongoing

Submission Requirements ALL MUST BE NOTATED AT TIME OF NAME CLEAR
- Provider must understand they will physically be working in LAPEER REQUIRED
- Board Certified in Medical Oncology and Hematology REQUIRED , willing to review Truly BE providers
- BLS/ACLS - REQUIRED
- Active MI license - REQUIRED , will not accept IMLC
- Please provide availability at time of name clear - REQUIRED
- Familiarity with Cerner EMR - PREFERRED .
- Copy of the NPDB, self-query requires at presentation (Should be pulled within 30 days) - REQUIRED
