In 2024, Asahi - brewers of Asahi Super Dry - acquired Octopi, making us the U.S. production home of Super Dry. Today, our 250+ person team of beverage industry pros keeps that same local, quality-first spirit alive at a state-of-the-art facility. We continue to brew/batch many styles of beer, seltzer, and soda in addition to Asahi Super Dry. Our cellar department alone is 30 brewers strong, running production around the clock across five shifts. THE OPPORTUNITY Octopi's cellar team keeps a 24/7 operation moving - and as the U.S. home of Asahi Super Dry, that operation is only getting bigger. We're adding brewers across all five shifts to keep pace with real, sustained growth. PAY BY SHIFT Pay starts at $24.00/hr - $26.00/hr based on experience, with growth up to $34.00/hr through our tiered Brewer Career Matrix - whether you build that experience here or bring it with you, already brewed.
