Tomorrow's Hope is looking for an Awake Overnight Direct Support Professional to join our amazing Supported Living team!This is much more than a job. You'll play an important role in helping adults with developmental disabilities live independently, safely, and confidently in their homes and communities. What You'll Do Provide attentive, awake overnight support and care Assist with medications and medication accountability Encourage independence and help participants achieve personal goals Build meaningful relationships with the people we serve Ensure health, safety, and well-being throughout the shift Help maintain a comfortable, clean, and welcoming home environment Be a positive role model and advocate for participant rights Pay & ScheduleStarting Pay: $17.75/hour for candidates with:Assistance With Medications certificationGood driving recordFull-Time Schedule:Every other Wednesday: 8:00 PM - 8:00 AMEvery Thursday, Friday & Saturday: 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM Great Benefits We take care of our team because they take care of others! Requirements:
