It's precise, hands-on work that sets the foundation for every product that leaves our building.WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE GREAT The most recipe-driven role on our production floor - precision and ingredient know-how are your bread and butter Hands-on work across our full range of products - flavor additions, seltzers, RTDs, and sodas Room to grow through our Brewer Career Matrix, whether you're brand new or bring experience with youWHAT YOU'LL DO Learn and operate all associated batching equipment, including CIP and manual cleaning of equipment and piping Follow recipes and production steps with precision, weighing, measuring, and handling ingredients and additives Prepare and add flavorings, additives, and other ingredients accurately across our full range of products Communicate and coordinate with Cellar, Inventory, and Scheduling teams to ensure products are completed efficiently and on time Keep batching documentation accurate and complete, and perform pre-batching quality checks Produce in-spec product every time, following safety protocols and SOPsWHAT YOU BRINGMust-haves: Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting 55 lbs / moving 165 lbs as needed Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management Flexibility in working hoursNice-to-haves: 1-2 years of experience in a brewing or production environment Degree in Brewing Science/Technology Basic troubleshooting skills in a brewing or manufacturing settingBENEFITS & PERKS Medical, dental, and vision coverage - effective the 1st of the month after 30 days Company-paid life, short-term, and long-term disability insurance 401(k) eligible after 3 months, with company match - 100% up to 3%, 50% on the next 2% 120 hours of PTO annually, with accrual that grows the longer you're here 9 paid holidays (if they fall on your scheduled workday) A free beer after shift, because you earned itCURRENTLY HIRING FOR 1st Shift - Monday - Thursday - 6pm - 4pm - Opening available 2nd Shift - Monday - Thursday - 2pm - 12am - Opening availableDon't see your preferred shift?
