We are looking for professionals who can confidently diagnose and repair today's advanced automotive systems while delivering exceptional quality and productivity.This position is intended for experienced technicians and is not an entry-level, maintenance technician, or quick lube role.What You'll DoDiagnose and repair Cadillac vehicles to manufacturer standardsPerform advanced electrical, drivability, engine, transmission, suspension, steering, brake, and HVAC diagnostics and repairsUtilize OEM diagnostic equipment and scan toolsPerform warranty and customer-pay repairs accurately and efficientlyComplete repair documentation and inspections thoroughlyCommunicate effectively with Service Advisors and managementStay current on GM and Cadillac technologies, repair procedures, and trainingCompensationFlat Rate Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per Flagged HourCompensation is based on experience, skill level, certifications, diagnostic ability, productivity, and manufacturer training. Requirements:
