What You ll Do
- Administer anesthesia for a variety of general surgical procedures for adult and pediatric patients
- Manage cases across specialties including general, ortho, neuro, plastics, OB, vascular, thoracic, urology, and more
- Accurately document all procedures and anesthesia records using Epic EMR
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and procedural protocols
- Collaborate with the healthcare team within a Level III Trauma Center setting
- Provide anesthesia care for approximately 35 cases daily, plus 20 off-site cases
- Support outpatient and inpatient procedures, with minimal regional or open-heart cases
- Operate within a patient-focused, team-driven environment focused on quality and safety
What You Need
Required: - Valid CRNA license in Michigan
- Prior experience with diverse anesthesia cases
- Strong documentation skills using EMR systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred: - Experience in a hospital-based, trauma center setting
- Comfort managing both pediatric and adult patient populations
