Lead Rehab Technician Forest Glen 2 - Grand Rapids Full time 2nd shift (40 hours)

As a Lead Rehabilitation Technician, you'll support individuals recovering from traumatic brain and spinal cord injuries while providing leadership to a team of Rehabilitation Technicians. You'll balance hands-on client care with coaching, training, scheduling, and ensuring safe, high-quality, person-centered services.
What You'll Do
- Provides leadership, coaching, and oversight for Rehab Tech I, II, and II staff
- Participates in the on-call rotation
- Attend to administrative needs and coordinate with medical providers
- Assist with daily living (ADLs), personal care, and medications
- Support community outings, transportation, and activities
- Build positive relationships and encourage independence
- Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment

What You Bring
Required:
- Two-year degree from an accredited college or university. Equivalent leadership experience will be accepted with a High School Diploma or G.E.D in lieu of a 2-year degree.
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to pass background checks and fingerprints
- Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification
