Practice Details
- Be part of building an oral surgery practice in a rural community to improve patient access
- Collaborate with area critical access dental providers
- Access to the hospital OR
- Limited OMS service in a high need area with a dental professional shortage
- No call or trauma call
- Resources/support from OMS physicians in the Sanford Fargo region
Compensation Package
- Annual compensation of $650,000 if you complete required number of shifts for 1.0 FTE
- In addition, a $150,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 3 years (this will
be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)
