Sanford Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Anesthesiologist to join a successful, well-established group of physicians.
- 11 MDAs/30 CRNAs
- 4:1 CRNA Supervision Staffing Model
- In-house call rotation, approximately 1/week with post-call day off
- Varied case mix includes services to Cardiac, Neuro, Obstetrics, Peds, Ortho, General
- Anesthesiologist hire is considered equal with pay, vacation, call, and case-mix
- Competitive Salary consists of a base salary + quarterly production-based payout. All compensation is pool-based.

Compensation Package
