CPM $0.55 Per Mile
Detention Pay $20.000 Per Hour
Holiday Pay $327.000 Per Day
Moffett Deliveries $75.000 Per Stop
Safety Training $20.000 Per Hour
Stop Pay $25.000 Per Stop
Weekly Pay Guarantee $1,500.000 Per Week

In addition to the number of activities completed, factors which may affect annualized earnings include training completed, paid breaks, endorsements, tenure, equipment type and number of days worked each week.
