What You ll Do: - Provide high-quality nursing care in the ER and Med Surg units
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure patient safety and comfort
- Monitor patient conditions and administer treatments
- Document patient information accurately in EMR: Meditech
- Maintain professional standards and adhere to hospital protocols
- Support patient families and educate on health management
What You Need: - Current RN license in Texas
- Prior experience in ER and Med Surg settings
- Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and adaptability
- Ability to work night shifts and maintain professionalism
