Quick Facts- Location: Olympia, WA

- Shift: 3 clinic days (Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM 4:00 PM) + scheduled OR time + call (3-4 days/month)
- Hours/Week: Approximately 24-30 hours/week (clinic + OR + call)
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Licensing/Certifications: U.S. medical license in good standing, board-certified/eligible in Urology
- Experience: Prior Urology practice preferred

What You ll Do- Provide comprehensive Urology outpatient services across clinic and procedures
- Conduct cystoscopies, fusion biopsies, bladder biopsies, UDS testing, and other procedures
- Collaborate with a team of physicians, PAs, nurses, and staff to deliver exceptional patient care
- Participate in scheduled OR days, managing surgical cases efficiently
- Support the call schedule, covering 3-4 days per month, including weekends and weekdays
- Manage patient follow-ups, ongoing care, and procedures in a fast-paced clinical environment
What You NeedRequired: - Medical license in the U.S. in good standing
- Certification or eligibility in Urology
- Ability to work 10-12 days per month, including weekends and weekdays
Preferred: - Previous outpatient and procedural Urology experience
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
