  • Salary $425k-$563 salary plus production-based bonus potential
  • Bread and Butter, Busy Practice
  • Interest in Common Lid Surgeries a Plus
  • Other Sub-Specialty Interest a Plus
  • Most Lid Surgeries and Sub-Specialty Work are Currently Sent Out
  • 5 In-House Optometrists for Direct Referrals
  • 100% Catchment of All Other Local Optometrists
  • 1:8 call
  • Support Staff Available to Work Up, Refract, and Scribe
