Job description

An established health system in a growing Texas regional metro is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Critical Care Medicine Physician to join its hospital-employed ICU team as a dedicated nocturnist.

This is a 100% inpatient, non-surgical Critical Care opportunity offering a defined 12-hour shift schedule, no call, strong physician and resident support, and $617,000+ in annual compensation .

Position Highlights

  • 182 shifts annually

Compensation & Benefits
  • $2,884.62 per shift
  • $509.05 night differential per shift
  • $617,642+ annual compensation based on 182 shifts
  • $40,000 Sign-On Bonus

Candidate Requirements
  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in Critical Care Medicine
  • Internal Medicine/Critical Care or Pulmonary/Critical Care
  • Non-surgical Critical Care background
  • Eligible for Texas medical licensure
