Family Medicine Physician - San Jose, CA (H1-B Sponsorship Provided)

Compensation: $233K $270K+ annually, plus sign-on bonus

We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join a multidisciplinary primary care team in San Jose, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician interested in community health and providing comprehensive care to a diverse, multicultural patient population.
Position Highlights

Collaborative, multidisciplinary care team
Provide comprehensive family medicine, preventive care, and patient education
Opportunity to supervise and collaborate with NPs, PAs, medical assistants, and nursing staff
Participate in clinical programs, quality improvement, and peer review
Serve a diverse and medically important patient population
Spanish or Mandarin language skills are highly desirable
Responsibilities
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat primary care patients
Manage preventive care and health promotion
Perform appropriate minor procedures
Order labs, testing, and specialty referrals as needed
Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, medications, and treatment plans
Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation
Provide clinical consultation and support to advanced practice providers
Collaborate with the medical team to maintain efficient patient flow and high-quality care
Qualifications
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Completion of an accredited residency program
Active California Medical License
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Current DEA registration
Current AHA-approved BLS/CPR certification
Community or public health experience preferred
Spanish or Mandarin bilingual skills are a plus
