Overview:
Our established primary care practice in Birmingham is seeking a Primary Care Physician (PCP) for a Temp-to-Perm opportunity with a no-weekends, no-call schedule. This role offers strong compensation and an opportunity for permanent placement.
Position Offers:
- Schedule: No weekends or call
- Competitive pay: $130 135 per hour (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary and urgent care services to patients
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions in an outpatient setting
- Perform patient evaluations, histories, and physical examinations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests as clinically indicated
- Document patient encounters accurately in the medical record
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure coordinated patient care
- Educate patients on preventive care and ongoing health management
Qualifications:
- Active, unencumbered Physician (MD/DO) licensure in Alabama
- Background in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care
