2020 Companies is looking for dependable, detail-focused, and self-driven Retail Installation & Merchandising Specialists to join our team and support leading brands such as Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP.
In this role, youll work independently, stay on top of deadlines, and use mobile apps and technology to review, schedule, and complete assignments at various retail locations within 90 miles. Strong communication and organizational skills are important, as youll manage your schedule to complete projects within established timelines, develop positive store-level relationships, and deliver high-quality execution on every assignment.
Position Details
Pay: $15.75 per hour
Travel Area: Must be willing to travel up to 90 miles from your residence to complete assignments
Schedule: Monday Friday
Hours: Flexible scheduling with assignments available between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

Scheduling: Opportunities include flexible self-scheduling as well as scheduled shifts based on client and project needs
Screening Requirements: This position requires a dependable personal vehicle, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance. Candidates must successfully complete a background check, Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) screening, and drug screening in accordance with applicable state laws
A Day in the Life:
Install, assemble, and maintain retail fixtures, shelving, endcaps, and displays
Perform retail resets, store build-outs, remodels, and display repairs
Accurately follow planograms (POGs), schematics, and client-specific merchandising instructions
Install and service TVs, interactive displays, kiosks, and other retail display equipment
Perform operating system and software updates on display devices
Install or replace graphics, pricing cards, SD cards, and other marketing materials
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware or display issues to ensure equipment operates properly
Take and upload photos using a mobile device to document completed assignments
Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe while professionally representing the client

Requirements
- Comfortable working with hand tools and technology - Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and a dependable personal vehicle - Ability and willingness to climb ladders up to 10 feet - Ability to safely lift and carry up to 60 lbs - Ability to kneel, walk, crouch, bend, reach overhead, and complete repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday - Willingness to travel up to 90 miles from your residence in any direction to complete service assignments - Must provide and use the following tools: Phillips head & flat head screwdriver, hex keys, box cutter, tape measure, microfiber cloth, 256G USB (USB-A / C adapter) - Smartphone with a current operating system and active data plan. Must be comfortable downloading mobile apps, following digital work instructions, and uploading photos to verify completed assignments
