Job description

Required Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of machining experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to perform basic setups on multiple machines
Experience with CNC machining and intermediate troubleshooting
Ability to perform accurate part inspection and measurement
Ability to train CNC Operators and Machinists I on routine machining tasks
Developing proficiency with complex machine setups
Familiarity with GD&T, CMM, SPC, comparators, and profilometers
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications:
2-year degree in Machining or a related technical field
Experience with complex CNC setups and troubleshooting
Strong blueprint reading and precision measurement skills
