Position Title: Substitute Educational Aide Location: Deer Park Community City Schools / Cincinnati, OH Employment Type: As Needed / Part-Time / On-Call Pay Rate: $15.00/Hour About the Role Dedicated School Staffing is seeking reliable and compassionate Substitute Educational Aides to support students and teachers when regular staff are unavailable. This role plays a key part in maintaining a safe, inclusive, and productive learning environment. Substitute aides help with classroom activities, provide individualized support, and ensure continuity of services across both general and special education settings.
