- Target Weekly Gross: $1,500 $1,750 (Paid weekly)
- High Mileage Rate: $0.75 per mile
- Shift Income Protection: $250 daily guarantee for every scheduled shift worked! If the terminal delays your dispatch or cancels a run on your night, you still get paid.

- Commute against traffic to the Hagerstown FedEx Ground Hub.
- Hook your solo set of doubles (we will train you if you re new to pups!).
- Run clean terminal-to-terminal highway loops, drop your trailers, hook your return set, and roll back.
- Maintain clean electronic logs (ELD) and communicate smoothly with dispatch. WHAT YOU NEED TO QUALIFY:
- License: Valid Class A CDL.
- Endorsement: Doubles/Triples endorsement (Or the willingness to get it we will train you!).
- Experience: At least 1 year of verifiable CDL-A tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years.
- Safety First: Clean MVR (driving record) and active registration with the FMCSA
- Language: Must be able to read, write, and communicate cleanly in English with terminal dispatch. Benefits:
