The Role
- Provide inpatient anesthesia care including OB, epidurals, and general anesthesia for scheduled surgeries
- May involve CRNA supervision, plus other duties as assigned
- Collaborative critical-access hospital environment ideal for providers who are comfortable in a rural setting

Schedule Options
Six overnight call shifts within a two-week period. Choose the option that works best for you:
- Option 1 Overnight Shifts: Three consecutive 12-hour overnight shifts (7:00 PM 7:00 AM). No daytime coverage required you choose any 3 nights, Monday through Thursday.
- Option 2 Day Shift + Overnight Call: 8-hour day shift (7:00 AM 3:00 PM) plus home call (3:00 PM 7:00 AM). Work Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday, with post-call days off on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Requirements
- Board Certified (board eligible considered)
- Active New York license in hand
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS (AHA or RQI)
- Epic experience required
- Up-to-date work history with no gaps of 30+ days
- Agency-branded CV at time of submittal
- Any malpractice history (dismissed or not) requires a physician statement
- Residents and fellows cannot be considered
