A well-established Critical Access Hospital is seeking a CRNA to join its anesthesia team. This is a unique opportunity to practice in a collaborative, low-stress environment with a manageable case mix, excellent time off, and no weekend OR schedule.

Schedule Built Around Quality of Life
The anesthesia team supports two operating rooms with a schedule designed to provide flexibility and predictability.
Monday through Wednesday, the OR schedule can run from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with the anesthesia team alternating early and late coverage. Early days typically finish around 3:00 4:00 PM, while late coverage may extend until approximately 6:00 7:00 PM.
Thursday and Friday OR hours are 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Current surgical volume frequently allows the team to finish earlier than the scheduled OR hours.
Most importantly, the operating rooms are closed on weekends.
Manageable Case Mix
This is an excellent opportunity for a CRNA who enjoys practicing anesthesia but doesn't want the intensity and lifestyle demands of a large tertiary medical center.
The case mix consists primarily of:
• Orthopedics
• General Surgery
• ENT
• Appendectomies
• Occasional healthy pediatric cases
• Robotic surgical cases utilizing a newer-generation da Vinci system
There is no OB, cardiac, neuro/head, or vascular case responsibility.
The incoming CRNA will work within a collaborative anesthesia model and have strong physician and hospital support when needed.
