Position Title: Substitute Teacher Location: Bethel Local Schools / Tipp City, OH Employment Type: As Needed / Part-Time / On-Call Pay Rate: $125/Day Pay increase available for long-term substitute assignments based on consecutive days worked About the Role Dedicated School Staffing is seeking reliable, flexible, and enthusiastic Substitute Teachers to support classrooms when regular teachers are absent. This position plays an important role in maintaining continuity of instruction, implementing lesson plans, and supporting students' academic and behavioral success in a structured learning environment.
