Overview:
Our established integrative medicine practice near Denver is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide comprehensive clinical support across primary and acute care presentations, working closely with the practice's Longevity Medicine Physician. This full-time role offers the opportunity to shape an advanced, preventative health care model for a concierge patient base.

Position Offers:

  • Schedule: Monday Friday (Full-time)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support advanced clinical assessments, including detailed histories and physical examinations, for adult patients in a primary and acute care setting
  • Formulate differential diagnoses and develop evidence-based treatment plans, including prescribing medications and ordering diagnostic tests within scope of practice
  • Support management of chronic disease and primary care needs, including routine follow-ups, medication management, and preventive care interventions
  • Provide acute care services for urgent presentations, triaging and stabilizing patients and coordinating further care as needed
  • Collaborate with the Longevity Medicine Physician to implement personalized longevity and wellness protocols, including screening, risk stratification, and monitoring
  • Utilize the EHR to document encounters, update problem lists, review test results, and maintain accurate clinical records
  • Participate in case reviews, clinical meetings, and quality improvement initiatives to support practice growth

Qualifications:

  • Active, current Nurse Practitioner (NP) licensure in Colorado
  • Minimum 5 years of NP experience, with strong acute-care assessment and triage skills
  • Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred
  • Procedural comfort with infusions, injections, and phlebotomy; TPE/HBOT experience a plus, with training provided
  • Excellent communication skills and occasional travel to other regional Colorado clinics
