Three Tone Enterprise is seeking a reliable and hardworking Materials Handler to join the warehouse team. This individual takes ownership of their work area, follows established processes, and is dependable in a still-forming, high-growth environment.Key Responsibilities:Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy, quantity, and damage.Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, to move products throughout the warehouse.Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately and efficiently to meet shipping deadlines.Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage locations, ensuring proper labeling and placement.Load outbound shipments onto trucks, ensuring products are secured and properly documented.Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory checks to maintain accurate stock records.Report discrepancies, damaged goods, or inventory shortages to the appropriate team members.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with warehouse safety standards.Coordinate with Inventory, Procurement, and Sourcing teams to support timely replenishment and order fulfillment.Assist with the setup, breakdown, and organization of storage areas as inventory needs change.Identify opportunities to improve warehouse workflows and recommend process improvements.Uphold Three Tone Enterprise's core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork.Qualifications:Demonstrated ability to safely and efficiently operate material handling equipment (forklift certification a plus).Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately track and record inventory movements.Physical stamina to lift, carry, and move heavy or bulky items repeatedly throughout a shift.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve warehouse issues independently.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.Comfortable working as part of a team and coordinating with other departments.Basic proficiency with warehouse management systems, scanners, or inventory tracking tools.Requirements:High School Diploma or equivalent required; real-world warehouse or materials handling experience is valued over formal to work on-site in Katy, TX, Mondays to Fridays.Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand, bend, or walk for extended periods.Prior experience as a materials handler, warehouse associate, or forklift operator in grocery, construction materials, or another heavy/bulky product category is strongly preferred.Availability to work Monday to Friday, including flexibility for overtime as business needs require.Preferred Qualifications:Forklift certification or willingness to obtain handling or moving heavy/bulky physical goods.Familiarity with warehouse management or inventory tracking software.Experience supporting e-commerce or online marketplace fulfillment record of maintaining strong safety and accuracy standards in a warehouse setting.
