Join a high performing Float Pool supporting multiple outpatient breast imaging centers across Miami Dade and Broward. This role is ideal for a tech who thrives on variety, adapts quickly to different clinical environments, and delivers exceptional patient care across diverse locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high quality screening and diagnostic mammography exams following ACR, MQSA, and facility protocols
- Float between assigned centers across Miami Dade and Broward based on operational needs
- Ensure patient comfort, safety, and clear communication throughout the imaging process
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and clinical teams to support efficient workflow
- Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- ARRT (R) and ARRT (M) required
- Florida state license required (or willing to obtain)
- Minimum 1 year of mammography experience
- Strong patient facing communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to different clinic environments
- Reliable transportation for travel between sites
Schedule & Environment
- Full time, Monday Friday, 8:00am 4:30pm
- No major holidays
