Mammography Technologist Float Pool - Miami, FL

The Float Pool Mammography Technologist supports multiple outpatient breast imaging centers. This role is ideal for a tech who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys variety in their schedule, and delivers exceptional patient care across diverse clinical settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high quality screening and diagnostic mammography exams in accordance with ACR, MQSA, and facility protocols
- Float between assigned locations within Miami Dade and Broward based on operational needs
- Ensure patient comfort, safety, and clear communication throughout the imaging process
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and clinical teams to support efficient workflow
- Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- ARRT (R) and ARRT (M) required
- Current Florida state license (or willing to obtain)
- Minimum of 1 year of mammography experience (required for all float pool positions)
- Strong patient facing communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to different clinic environments and workflows
- Reliable transportation for travel between sites
Schedule & Environment
- Full time, Monday Friday, 8:00am 4:30pm
- No major holidays
