Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain sterile surgical environments
- Assist surgeons during operative procedures
- Pass instruments and supplies during surgery
- Ensure proper handling of surgical equipment and sterile technique
- Support patient safety and operating room efficiency
- Maintain accurate surgical counts and documentation
Qualifications
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) required
- Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program preferred
- Prior operating room experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
