Outpatient setting, with occasional opportunities to float into
Acute Care. You will lead a collaborative team, delegating responsibilities to COTAs and Aides while utilizing evidence-based assessments to restore optimal patient function.
Compensation & Incentives - Pay Rate: Starting at $32.00/hr (Scale increases based on years of experience).

Key Responsibilities - Clinical Evaluation: Assess skeletal, neurological, cognitive, social, and developmental functions to determine patient needs.
- Treatment Design: Develop and implement goal-specific treatment plans, acting as a Case Manager to ensure continuity of care.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Supervise COTAs, Home Health Aides, and students; provide clinical guidance and co-sign necessary documentation.
- Patient Advocacy: Educate families and caregivers on pathologies and home exercise programs; coordinate the procurement of adaptive equipment.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Participate in team conferences and process improvement initiatives to elevate the standard of care.
Requirements & Qualifications - Education: Bachelor s degree in Occupational Therapy (minimum).
- Licensure: OTR and NBCOT certification required.
- Certification: BLS (or ability to obtain within 1 month of hire).
- Experience: 1+ years preferred, but New Grads with strong outpatient fieldwork are encouraged to apply.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and electronic documentation systems.
Physical Demands - Medium demand level: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 20 lbs frequently.
- Requires postural changes (stooping, kneeling) and the ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
