What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Surgical Technologist
- Completion of an approved Surgical Technology program
- Strong knowledge of sterile technique, surgical instrumentation & operating room procedures
- Ability to anticipate the needs of the surgical team
- Excellent communication, teamwork & patient-care skills
- Orthopedic surgical experience preferred
