A leading healthcare organization in Northwestern North Dakota is seeking a Surgical Technologist to join its experienced operating room team.

• Full-time opportunity
• Work in a fast-paced operating room environment
• Support a broad range of surgical procedures, including General, Ortho/Trauma, Neuro, Cardiothoracic, ENT, Urology & OB/GYN
• Prepare and maintain sterile fields
• Work closely with surgeons, nurses and other perioperative team members
• Opportunity to work in both hospital and outpatient surgical settings

• Surgical Technologist experience preferred
• Surgical Tech or CST certification
• North Dakota UAP registration required unless an applicable nursing license is held
• Strong knowledge of sterile technique and surgical instrumentation
• Ability to anticipate the needs of the surgical team
• Excellent communication, teamwork & patient-care skills
