Medical Laboratory Scientist / Medical Technologist (MLS/MT)

• Performing testing across multiple areas of the laboratory
• Reviewing and verifying results for accuracy
• Troubleshooting instruments and resolving routine issues
• Maintaining quality standards and regulatory compliance
• Working closely with fellow laboratory professionals to support patient care

• MLS/MT certification (ASCP or equivalent)
• Clinical laboratory experience preferred
• Generalist experience is highly valued
• Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently while managing priorities throughout the shift
