Medical Technologist / Medical Laboratory Technician (MT/MLT)

Schedule: Day, Evening, or Night Shift
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Technician to join a reputable healthcare facility in Avon, Pennsylvania. This is a permanent, direct hire opportunity offering flexibility in shift selection, strong compensation, and an excellent relocation package.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and complex laboratory testing across departments including hematology, chemistry, microbiology, blood bank, and urinalysis
- Ensure accuracy and reliability of laboratory results
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment
- Adhere to quality control standards and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to support patient care
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s or Associate s degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field
- ASCP or equivalent certification preferred (or eligibility required)
- Prior clinical laboratory experience is a plus, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
