A well-established, nonprofit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join its primary care team in Altoona, Pennsylvania .
Provide full-scope primary care to patients across the lifespan

About the SCHEDULE:
About the QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
Appropriate national certification
Current or eligible for Pennsylvania NP or PA licensure
Current or eligible for DEA registration
Comfortable utilizing Electronic Health Records
Ability to provide comprehensive and continuous primary care in a compassionate, patient-centered manner
Comfortable practicing with a high degree of autonomy while collaborating with the broader healthcare team

About the COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
$120,000+ annual salary , with compensation based on experience
