- Setting: Outpatient Family Medicine Clinic
- Schedule: 32 hours of patient-facing care per week
- Call: No call required
- Patient Volume: Approximately 16 patients per shift
- EMR: Epic
- Scope: Comprehensive outpatient Family Medicine care
- Support: Dedicated 1:1 Medical Assistant, RN support, onsite lab services and Physical Therapy
Requirements of the Family Nurse Practitioner Role:
- Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
- BLS Certification
- Active, unrestricted state licensure
- CV (MM/YYYY, 30+day gaps explained - work and education)
