- Experience: Minimum 2 years as a PA, with 1 year as a first assist in cardiac surgery
Pay & Benefits: - Hourly Pay Rate: $162.24

What You ll Do: - Support cardiothoracic surgeons with preoperative and postoperative patient care
- Assist with complex cardiac procedures, including robotic surgeries
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including RNs and support staff
- Manage adult patients in a fast-paced surgical environment
- Document clinical activities using Epic EMR
- Ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes during perioperative care
- Adhere to all hospital policies and standards of care
What You Need: - Valid Wisconsin State License and DEA registration
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as a Physician Assistant; 1 year in cardiac surgery as a first assist
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong skills in cardiac procedures, with familiarity in robotic surgery preferred
- Ability to work well in a team and handle a high-acuity patient population
