Locums - Billings, Montana, NP/PA Cardiothoracic & Vascular Surgery Opening
Clinical Role
- ASAP start with ongoing need
- 3-6 month commitment requested
- Long-term bridge coverage for Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery
- Multiple providers may be accepted
- OR first assist, hospital rounding, and clinic coverage as needed
- Clinic is predominantly Vascular Surgery with some Cardiothoracic Surgery follow-up
- Approximately 10 clinic patients per shift
Schedule & Call
- At least 1 weekend of call per month
- Call ratio: 1:5
- Assigned and unassigned patients
- 20-minute call response time required
- Approximately 2 phone consultations while on call
- Approximately 2 patients seen while on call
Practice Setting & Clinical Expectations
- Operating room
- Inpatient rounding
- Outpatient clinic
- Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery patient care
- Level I Trauma Center
- Cerner EMR
Requirements & Credentialing
- Board Certified or Board Eligible required
- Active Montana license required
- Compact license accepted
- BLS required
