We are seeking a Physician Assistant to join a multidisciplinary primary care team in Fremont, CA. This position focuses on providing comprehensive outpatient care, preventive medicine, health education, and ongoing management of patients in a collaborative clinical environment.

Responsibilities
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat primary care patients
Perform medical examinations and evaluations
Develop and manage appropriate treatment plans
Provide preventive care and health education
Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, medications, and treatments
Order labs, diagnostic testing, and specialty referrals as needed
Maintain accurate and confidential medical records
Collaborate with physicians and other members of the medical team
Participate in quality assurance, peer review, and health promotion initiatives
Qualifications
Current California Physician Assistant license
Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification
Bachelor s degree in a health-related field preferred
One year of directly related experience preferred
Community or public health experience preferred
State Office of Family Planning Certificate if working within the family planning program
Reliable transportation
