Compensation: $127,000 $190,500 annually

We are seeking a Physician Assistant to join a collaborative primary care team in Moses Lake, WA. This is a full-time opportunity focused on quality, continuity of care, and serving the healthcare needs of the local community.
Position Highlights
Earn up to $190,500 annual salary
$20,000 signing bonus
Full-time, permanent position
Four clinic days per week, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM
One administrative day per week
Collaborative team of physicians, NPs, and PAs

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary and preventive care
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients
Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
Prescribe medications within scope of practice
Order and interpret appropriate labs and diagnostic testing
Provide patient and family education
Coordinate specialty referrals when appropriate
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
Collaborate with physicians and other members of the clinical team
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
Current national board certification (PA-C)
Current Washington State Physician Assistant license
Full prescriptive authority
Active, unrestricted DEA registration
