Family Practice/Primary Care Physician Assistant

• Work Setting: On-site primary care and urgent care
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $830-$900
• Schedule: 8-hour day shifts; approximately 40 hours per week
• Start Date: October 19, 2026
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks, ending January 16, 2027
• Orientation: Mondays
• Floating: Not required

• At least 2 years of relevant healthcare administrative or clinical support experience
• Practice Assistant, Medical Administrative Assistant, Patient Coordinator, or comparable healthcare experience preferred
• Current Massachusetts license as required for the assignment
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association
• Strong communication, organization, customer service, and patient-service skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced primary care and urgent care environment
• Commitment to patient privacy, accuracy, confidentiality, and professional service

• Provide healthcare administrative and operational support in a primary care and urgent care setting
• Assist with patient flow, registration, scheduling, check-in, and appointment coordination
• Support providers and clinical staff with daily practice workflows and clinical support activities
• Maintain accurate patient information and assist with documentation and electronic health records management
• Communicate professionally with patients, families, providers, and interdisciplinary team members
• Help coordinate follow-up needs and ensure timely completion of administrative tasks
• Maintain a welcoming, organized, and efficient patient care environment
