- Assemble electrical contacts according to specifications and inspect for quality and functionality
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting to resolve assembly issues and maintain production standards
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts to optimize processes and enhance efficiency
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols

- Drives for Results advanced level; meeting production targets while maintaining quality standards
- Quality Control & Inspection intermediate level; testing and validating assembled contacts for functionality
- Manufacturing Design and Methodology intermediate level; applying assembly specifications and technical procedures
- Continuous Improvement developing level; identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
- Lean Methodology intermediate level; supporting process optimization and waste reduction initiatives
- Automation Integration intermediate level; working with automated assembly equipment and systems
- Operational Health and Safety Management developing level; maintaining safe work practices and compliance standards
- Total Productive Maintenance developing level; performing routine equipment checks to minimize downtime
