We are looking for an experienced Custom Fabricator for our Alton, IL location. Our Custom Fabricators are responsible for fabricating complex, close tolerance quality plastic parts and provide assistance and expertise to production fabricators. This individual will have a high priority for safety, pay close attention to details, and have at least one year of production fabrication experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Operates a variety of plastic fabrication equipment to produce plastic parts and products using instructions, drawings, specifications and following established procedures

• Works from instructions to make fixtures using plastic material or wood to hold material in place or form material during production and assists in setup of equipment to meet close tolerance requirements.
• Assemble parts using a variety of procedures such as drilling or gluing.
• Inspects parts for accuracy and prepares for transport to the next production process or to packaging.

This is a 2nd shift position (3pm-11pm).
