What You'll Do
- Receive, unload, stage, and store incoming shipments.
- Prepare orders for shipment and load outbound trailers.
- Operate forklifts, clamp trucks, hand trucks, and other material handling equipment.
- Manage inventory within the warehouse storage system while maintaining accurate records.
- Support waste, recycling, and baler operations.
- Organize warehouse storage areas and maintain clean, safe workspaces.
- Assist with general warehouse and logistics duties as needed.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, and data entry.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
- Ability to learn and operate industrial equipment, including forklifts and clamp trucks.
- Preferred Qualifications Previous warehouse, material handling, shipping/receiving, or manufacturing experience. Forklift or industrial equipment operating experience. Mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable standing, walking, kneeling, crouching, and bending throughout the shift.
- Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
