Industry: Government HealthCare
Experience: Minimum 1 year with active Class C Driver's License
Rate: $0.61 per mile with daily schedule on dedicated routes
Earning Potential: $55,000.00 to $64,000.00 annually
Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly payments Performance-based rate increases
Disclosures: Must be willing to sign Non-Disclosure Agreement
Certifications: Compliance Training Required will be provided to qualified candidates
Position Overview: Pickup and delivery of medical specimens, pharmaceuticals, and lab supplies between VA facilities and CBOCs. Fixed routes - Monday through Friday with rotating Saturday pickups.
General Requirements: Professional Courier / Driver
- Extensive federal-level background check required. A clean background is non-negotiable; criminal history, DUI, or major driving violations will disqualify you.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - no exceptions.
- Vehicle must be no older than nine (09) years, all doors must lock only four-wheeled vehicles allowed.
- Must comply with DOT and OSHA regulations for biohazardous materials.
- Available MondayFriday and rotating Saturdays.
