Key Responsibilities:
- Operate industrial sewing machines to stitch, join, and finish products according to specifications.
- Follow patterns, templates, and instructions to produce high-quality items.
- Inspect finished products for quality, ensuring that seams are straight, stitches are uniform, and products meet quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on sewing machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards and protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Assist with other tasks as needed, such as cutting fabric or preparing materials.
Requirements:
- Previous experience operating industrial sewing machines is preferred.
- Strong sewing skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret patterns, instructions, and technical drawings.
