Key Responsibilities - Diagnose, treat, and maintain the highest standards of care in oral and maxillofacial surgery
- Educate patients on treatment options and long-term oral health strategies
- Create a welcoming, comfortable, and supportive patient experience
- Lead and collaborate effectively with the clinical team to ensure optimal outcomes
- Foster a positive, high-performing, and team-oriented work environment
- Participate in leadership and advisory initiatives to support the practice s clinical growth and excellence
Qualifications Education & Training - Doctorate degree (DDS or DMD) from an accredited dental school
- Completion of an accredited Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency program
Licensure & Certification - Active, unrestricted dental license in the state of Florida (or eligibility to obtain)
- No history of disciplinary actions
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (preferred)
