An established Breast Surgical Oncology team is looking to add a fellowship trained Breast Surgeon to their team in a growing community. Located within a dedicated cancer center, enjoy strong interdisciplinary support while working alongside an experienced clinical Breast Surgical Oncology team.
The Opportunity
• Enjoy a Monday through Friday schedule with no call
• Two days of dedicated OR time with three days of clinic
• Organization is NAPBC and COC accredited
• Established team with strong APP support and a strong referral base
• Strong interdisciplinary support - great relationships with plastics, hematology and oncology, and radiation teams
• Mentorship available - new graduates are welcome!
Compensation
• 550k base salary plus productivity
• Yearly quality incentive bonuses
• Sign on bonus and relocation assistance
• Comprehensive benefits package to include medical/dental/vision, retirement with match, malpractice, CME (5 days and $3500 stipend), PSLF, and PTO
