What You ll Do
- Provide emergency medicine care to 40-60 patients in a busy ED/UC setting
- Collaborate with APCs, hospitalists, and specialty teams including General Surgery and Orthopedics
- Utilize Telestroke and Tele ICU services to support patient care
- Participate in on-site support including UW helicopter availability
- Document patient encounters and maintain high standards of patient safety
- Assist in ongoing coverage and shift coverage planning
What You Need
- Wisconsin medical license or eligible license in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years of emergency medicine or urgent care experience
- Strong clinical skills in acute patient management
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work day shifts in a fast-paced environment
