Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM-7:00 PM; approximately 13.3 shifts/month, with flexibility for NOC coverage as needed

Summary
Seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Hospitalist to join an established Hospital Medicine team. This opportunity offers a collaborative environment, flexible scheduling, and a strong focus on work-life balance and high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive inpatient medical care.
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage hospitalized patients.
Collaborate with physicians, APPs, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Manage patients in a 4-bed open ICU.
Participate in overnight coverage as needed.
Perform procedures based on individual comfort and experience; procedures are not required.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow hospital standards.
Qualifications
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.
Eligible for medical licensure in Wisconsin.
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
